On today's episode of My Big Back Adventure, we are here at Sovereign. Now this spot right here is an Asian kitchen serving up some poke bowls, boba, and so much more. It's on Broward Boulevard in between Knob Hill and Central Park Drive in that same plaza as Ella Cafe, if you know, you know. Let's try a good amount of food, but start off with the bobas. The strawberry shortcake milk tea was my favorite. Vietnamese coffee was really strong, but that butterfly dragon fruit was top tier. I ain't gonna lie to you. I just knew I was Asian in the past life. Everything that I tried from here was full of flavor the udon noodles were especially really good i got one appetizer and three entrees starting off with this spicy salmon and tuna bowl this was really good i added pineapples to mine you can literally customize however you want to they have fresh ingredients for you daily next i've got these super fluffy steamed to perfection pork bao buns with that sweet barbecue pork on the inside if you like bao buns and are a bao bun connoisseur like me you are going to love these the best thing that i tried though had to be the spicy yaki udon with the beef this was so good this is almost like pad thai but with udon noodles the peanut savory sauce was so rich and flavorful crunchy carrots amazing finished off with some k-pop chicken which is marinated chicken thighs fried to a crispy crunchy perfection toss in some juicy pineapple and onion sauce this spot is super fire you guys need to check out sovereign right away add them to your list you won't regret it food is amazing customer service is top tier like and follow for more
