Here's a Japanese hidden gem in a gardenia for under $20. This is Koto Hira, and they're known for their different meal sets. I ordered their bento set for $15.95, while Emily got the udon set for $13.95. My bento set was full of delicious things, from the quality sashimi to karaage and tempura. The sets are full of home-cooked flavor at a reasonable price.
