checking out my favorite breakfast spot in blue springs the bean counter cafe on main street this place has something for everyone and their sweet treats are fantastic that orange cinnamon roll is my favorite thing in this class case they also have a little something for the gluten-free homies i appreciate that you better believe they also have great coffee i always go for the hot americano here on saturday mornings i always see the owner here and they have all these sweet photos of the owner and her husband as well as the city of Blue Springs and just kind of local places. I also approve this place because they have a photo of a scrambler. What's up? Table marker as you wait for food is a bag of beans. We got the squash beans. My wife got this strawberry croissant, which she loved. My dad got some eggs as well as what he claims are the best biscuits and gravy he's ever had. But the true winner on this menu is what I always get. It's the Southwest omelet.
