Y'all, I had some fine Puerto Rican food the other day and y'all know I had to give y'all a tea. This is the Gibrito shop here in Pilsa, Illinois. They are a super cute, cozy spot here in Chicago. And what made me super interested in this place is that they just introduced their new vegan menu. And since I'm starting back my workout journey and I'm 70% vegan, I couldn't wait to see what the lick read down on their food. And I was clocked on their vegan fries. This was all I can get video-wise because they were gone. I'm not a big avocado fan, but the combo mix with this fries changed my mind. Then we was feeling real New York vibes and got that vegan chopped cheese and it was super clean taste not too messy but still fine we also had to see what's to their famous empanadas so we got the sampler and i was nervous at first because i never had none they were super good especially with their vegan sauce and they also stuffed them to perfection make sure you check out the gibrito shop and follow me for the tea and see you in my next video
