Have you been to Birkdale Village yet? Located in Huntersville, just north of Charlotte, there's a little bit of everything for everyone all right here. I stopped in at Ease Fusion and Sushi and had a fantastic meal. Between the cocktail bar mixing up delicious drinks and the sushi bar creating tasty and creative rolls, this restaurant is a win. I also love that they have mocktails like the strawberry yuzu aid, which was frothy and just the right amount of sweet. My favorite starter was the black garlic tuna crudo. It was delicate and robust all at once. I love the tropical storm roll, Mongolian beef, and the salmon bowl. It was super fresh and the salmon pieces were huge. The crispy wonton chips were a perfect addition. They also have an omakase experience on Thursday and Friday nights by reservation only. It's definitely on my list of must-dos. So come check out East Fusion and Sushi next time you're in Brookdale Village.
