@deeluxee-eats's Review of Savanna Restaurant - North Center, IL

Hey Chicago, go with me to a BYOB brunch for my birthday. Now, my birthday was July 17th, so I'm late on everything, so don't concern yourself with that. This is Savannah Restaurant, a casual breakfast place that serves up classic breakfast dishes with a Latin twist. As I mentioned, it is BYOB, so I brought a leftover bottle of champagne from my weekend festivities. My mom ordered the turkey chorizo skillet with two poached eggs. Now, I am an egg benedict girl so of course i had to get the trio benedict the one in the middle was made with an ecuadorian fried pancake so delicious but dare i say the star of the show was the duche de leche french toast it was so delicious you didn't even need any syrup i swear you didn't and we love a good runny egg i really really do so the staff sung happy birthday to me but this is when i realized my mother didn't get it on camera so we had to do it again and honestly y'all this was some of the best I've had in a while. I will be back.
