Have you stayed at the Fair Acres Boutique Hotel in Nairobi yet? We stayed here for two nights before heading over to the Giraffe Manor in Kenya. This is a little bit of an older hotel, but it definitely has a cozy feel to it. I can't believe this, but our lock on the hotel room was this very old-fashioned looking key. I booked us a suite, which was room 10. This was insane. We got this entire room for just $90 a night. The room was super spacious and had a long hallway with tons of closet space and a giant bathroom that even had a bathtub. They also had some communal areas that you could hang out in. There weren't a whole lot of places to eat around the area, so we mainly had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast here was surprisingly really filling and delicious. And I liked that I had a bunch of different options to choose from. The hotel did have some areas where they could improve. I did have a really hard time getting in touch with them before my stay. I had to email them several times to get a response but overall I think this was a great place to stay. You really can't beat getting a suite for $90 a night.
