While y'all are still out there debating about deep dish pizza, I have found one of the most tasty pizzas I've had in Chicago at the Happy Hour at Fat Pour on Division. The Happy Hour runs Monday through Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. and includes half off of their pizza and $10 pitchers. They also have a beer and shot special for just $8. This pizza is called the Music City Melter and it was recommended by my waitress and it was so good. It has white sauce, Nashville hot fried chicken, Sweet and spicy pickle. Mozzarella and provolone with a buttermilk ranch drizzle. It is so savory because it is the perfect balance between salty with a hint of sweetness. It puts you in the mindset of a Nashville hot fried chicken sandwich. Deconstruct. Now the wings here have always been on point, but clearly these pizzas during happy hour are right up there too. They also have a bunch of new free games that you and your friends can play together to enjoy your evening hour. You gotta try one of these crab pizzas during their happy hour.
