This Soho souffle pancake shop had the fluffiest pancakes I've ever had. We sat upstairs where you actually get to see them making the pancakes right in front of you. We got the fresh fruit pancakes, a side of fried chicken, and the burger, which is actually a chicken sandwich. I rated it a 9 out of 10 on belly.
