Let's go for the tasting menu with Croissant Lady and Makati. For Php 1,250, you have an 8-course tasting menu. We started with spinach pastry with mussel cream, 8 out of 10. In the trio of tough pastries, my favorite is the kimchi. Carbo-loading with the croix bonara with Taiwanese sausage. We also got to try the famous croix saimada and my favorite, the croix fogato.
