Today, we're headed to one of our favorite lunch spots in Guanajuato, Mexico. Bar Tradicional Luna is right next to the Jardin de la Union and has great indoor and outdoor seating. It's a great place to enjoy a few beers and don't forget the salt and lime. We ordered the plancha luna and it's more than enough food for two people. Fresh hot tortillas with arachera, chicken, chorizo, cheese, peppers, onion, cactus, and topped off with fresh sauce. It's absolutely delicious. And we love the cheerful and festive atmosphere.
