@i-need-to-eat's Review of Jua - New York City, NY

Jua is a Michelin-star restaurant that takes inspiration from Korean food. The restaurant offers a seven-course tasting menu with an option of adding an eighth. Our night started off with caviar wrapped in seaweed. Next was uni wrapped in seaweed. Then this prawn dish that came out was just really good. The juk with abalone was fantastic as well. And then sea bass that was cooked just right then galbi with side dishes and we ended the night with two desserts strawberry sherbet and our favorite sweet potato doughnut with ice cream. The wine pairing option was also decent given the price. You definitely have to visit Juha if you are looking for a Korean food inspired fine dining restaurant.
