Today, we're trying Marble Steakhouse and Grill in Irvine, California. This has been on a bucket list for a while. Let's see if it lives up to the hype. First, we started off with the beef tartare. This was so visually pleasing. The waiter mixes everything in for us. And wow, I'm going to give this a 10 out of 10. One of the best, if not the best beef tartare I've ever had. Highly recommend this. We opted for the beef combo small. This includes thinly sliced brisket, boneless short rib, and marinated boneless short rib. Volume wise, this was more than enough for two people. The brisket was great. It had just enough fat. retain the flavor but not taste too greasy the boneless short rib was amazing a melt in your mouth type of texture I honestly could just eat this and call it a day the marinated short rib maybe we weren't fans of the marinade we thought it was just good like other Korean barbecue places you get a ton of sides to accompany your meal and unique to this place you get steamed egg plus soybean stew I will admit this is the first time we didn't finish all the sides we had to order rice on the side because they actually don't do rice paper here with that said could this be the new best Korean barbecue spot in SoCal I also forgot to mention they have a whole Italian menu as well. Maybe we'll come back for that.
