I'm John Frazier, chef partner of Lilac Restaurant at the Tampa Edition. Lilac is a coastal Mediterranean restaurant on Water Street in Tampa. It's situated just past the lobby bar on the ground floor. It's an open plan kitchen, so you're watching your food being prepared by the chefs. And many of our dishes are prepared table side. The menu is a prefix built to share. We're trying to cook in the Mediterranean way from ingredients that are either caught or farmed locally.
