Come with me to Duo Duo where I watch the ice cream being made. First they churn their ice cream base and then freeze it. Then if they're making fried ice cream, they scoop it up into little balls. They fry it until it's golden brown and then they put the toppings on. I had a go making the panda and coconut ice cream and even though I probably stuffed it up, I still thought it was really delicious. This was Duo Duo. Happy eating!
