Another local gem here in Michigan is the Clausen Steakhouse. If you haven't been here yet, it's very much like old school supper club vibes, something that you would see in Vegas, very much Rat Pack style. Most of the main dishes start with a soup and a salad. Very fresh, very flavorful, delicious. Now steak is in their name, so I got the Delmonico. Look at that char. Do yourself a favor and get the twice-baked potato as your side. The dessert menu was very classic. We had a strawberry cheesecake and we got the Hummer. If you have not had a Hummer, it's a boozy milkshake. Rumor has it Jerome at Bayview Yacht Club, where we got married, invented them. Have you had one? The Amiens is 100 out of 10. The jazz band is always playing. People are getting up and dancing. It's great for date night. It's great for family meals. It's just an overall wonderful night. So add this to your list.
