The video captures a scene inside a gym, viewed through a large mirror. A man with curly hair wearing a black tank top and white sweatpants is performing bicep curls with small dumbbells. Another man standing next to him, wearing a grey shirt and black beanie, is holding a smartphone, recording the first man's exercise routine.

A panning shot of a sunny beach with white sand and turquoise water. Seagulls are visible on the sand in the foreground. People are swimming and standing in the shallow water. In the background, there are beach umbrellas, lounge chairs, and palm trees lining the shore. A yellow surfboard is briefly visible on the sand.
