Come with me to check out this hot new restaurant in the Four Seasons here in Minneapolis, Mara. I am living for the aesthetics and the vibe of this whole place. It's perfect for date night or a celebration or if you just want to be bushy for the day. We started off with some fine crafted cocktails. I had the Cardinal similar to a Negroni with this cute little surprise. Also some free champagne for my advanced birthday celebration. But let's dive into the food. We started off with some Shareables. This was the Cured Ocean trout. And we moved on to the fresh ricotta tartine. I was really in love with the flavor of this one. For the main course, we got a braised lamb shank, a side of broccolini, and then I for sure had to get the bucatini. It was lobster and pasta all in one. I mean, look at that. I was shook at how much I loved the texture and flavors of this pasta. Yum. Everything was so delicious. We really couldn't waste any of it. Cheers to the MARA team for this lovely restaurant.
