To delly's at Belagio start with the house salmon tower, not the classic brunch move New York Delhi Energy. Okay, Cafe Lola is such a cute brunch stop in Las Vegas. You've got the whole three tier T spread with macarones, pastries, and little sandwiches plus avocado toast piled with fluffy scrambled egg and wait for this purple tea pour over the yellow mermaid drink, the color layers are so fun. All these spots are on atmosphere.
