Steak Washington DC. Le Grand Boucherie on Fourteenth Street ordered the Steak of Poivre. Not the classic move pulished French dining. Medium rare in Cleveland Park start with the poached eggs. Found this on atmosphe. This one surprised me serious steakhouse energy. Ocean Prime in Downtown get the smoking shellfish tower, then order the caramelizaps. Good move for a polished dinner.
