Yo, looking for something new to eat out of Minneapolis International Airport? Check out Cetabello, just opened up two months ago. They got dine-in, they got some bar seating, they even have a quick casual counter service if you're in a rush to get home or to your next flight, and they're serving up Neapolitan-style pizzas. Check this out. Pre-proof dough is brought to the restaurant every day, and before each order, it's hand-formed and pressed and tossed before they go ahead and build it up here. I think this one was pretty close to a margarita pizza. You got the... Maranata sauce, some basil, some fresh schmutz, a little bit of pepperoni in there, a little drizzle of olive oil, and it goes into an 800 degree oven, which self-rotates. 90 seconds later, you got this beautiful masterpiece. Just look at those edges. Sprinkle some dinkle, dinkle, dinkle parmesan, some crushed red pepper to your spice tolerance, and enjoy, baby.
