udon is one of my favorite types of noodles and oodle noodle in las vegas is one of these spots to get it they have a bunch of fusion udon dishes like this creamy carbonara udon with a perfectly runny egg on top which you mix in now just look at that noodle bowl we also ordered this uni cream udon and this smoked salmon with lemon sauce udon they also have traditional udon like this wakame udon we also ordered spicy karaage and takoyaki for the sides everything was great but of course the fusion udon dishes were the stars of the meal
