Fusion food gets a lot of hate, so my hot take is that if you don't like fusion food, I think you're low-key a little bit racist. Like, what do you mean you don't get joy out of different cultures coming together and making... really bomb ass food tahini's shawarma just launched two different ramen bowls that both highlight kind of their shawarma flavors so first i tried their chicken shawarma ramen which had tons of veggies inside and it was super duper creamy and yummy and the second one i tried was really exciting it was like a spicy halloumi ramen i love kind of like a squeaky cheese type of situation going on halloumi is awesome because it's like cheese but it also stays firm so you feel like you're having like a healthy protein but you're having a fatty protein and you know what I don't discriminate. Is this authentic ramen? No. Is this authentic shawarma? No. Will I still eat it? Yes. Stop being a hater.
