Hey guys, today I'm at Fresh Monkey in Springfield, Mass. If you have not heard of Fresh Monkey, They are a franchise that started in Connecticut. and have slowly spread across the east coast and even into the western states. Thank you. They offer a variety of different smoothies and protein shakes. They really focus on fresh ingredients, high protein, high fiber. So as somebody who has been prioritizing protein, this was a great spot for me to stop by. The staff were so kind. The store was absolutely adorable. And my smoothie was amazing. If you haven't been, you need to stop by.
