Don't spend over $100 on an airport transfer. Here's how I got from the Cancun airport to Tulum for about $25. I booked an 80-year-old bus ticket directly at the airport, so there's no need to hunt down transportation. The seats are comfortable. There's footrests, curtains, and overhead outlets to keep your phone charged. And some buses even have entertainment. This is definitely one of the easiest and most affordable ways to get to Tulum.
