Chiara, located in the Vanderpump Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her restaurant is a California twist that has been a favorite for years. Enjoy dishes like lemon spaghetti, masala herb chicken meatballs, and a warm and inviting space with fantastic strip views. And definitely do not skip the bread basket. It truly was an experience, and I've been wanting to go here for a long time, and I finally was able to go with reservation as well. Unfortunately, we did have to eat pretty quick because we were catching a show, but the food was truly exquisite from beginning to end and that spaghetti was amazing.
