We only get a few months of good weather in Vancouver and you need to spend one of those days going to Dosti in Delview Park. They just launched two new sandwiches and they were to die for. The veggie cheese sandwich and the paneer sandwich were super unexpected. It was a soft, creamy texture inside, none of that dry, crumbly nonsense. Their jai is so perfect, I've tried recreating their methods at home and I cannot get it right. They've also launched a tangy bheel and if you've never had that before, think of it like a salad with puffed rice. There's not like leafy greens, but who needs those anyway?
