@morokokoko's Review of Katsu San - Richmond, CA

Vancouver is spoiled with katsu spots, but most are hit-or-miss. Overcooked, dry meat, or just tiny portions. But I finally found one worth introducing. Soft-opened with katsu and Japanese-style and Korean-style katsu are both fun. It's not only chicken and chicken, but it's not only chicken. Katsu doesn't have a lot of fat and it's very juicy. They also have this super Instagrammable dress-oom rice topped with this incredible minch katsu. The curry is packed with tender pork chunks. And it's really good for the katsu salad.
