Guess who made brownies for her luteal phase? I make these every month the week before my period, and last time I shared them, they went viral. These brownies are great to help reduce PMS because they're filled with tons of healthy carbs, which is exactly what we need more of during this phase. And I slightly tweaked the recipe, and they're now even more moist and fudgy. The sweet potato is really the star of the show.
