Hey friends, if you're looking for a place to satisfy your meat cravings, Via Brazil is a spot for you to check out. I love me a good Brazilian steakhouse and this is one in Summerlin that you need to go to. They have these amazing bartenders that always knows how to make the best drinks. I was there on a Friday night and yes, your girl definitely needed a drink. It's such a great place for date nights or dinner with a group of friends or even a corporate party. The quality of meat is so good and the step-by-step process of how they make it is amazing. And one thing you... definitely need to check out is their salad bar. There are so many different options that you can choose from that will definitely complement your meat. I'm seriously salivating while doing this voiceover. And this meat right here was excited to see me. Such great flavor and perfectly cooked. And friends, if you are a lamb lover, they do have lamb chops here. And best friend brought his spinner, so here I am giving you a show. Just to let you guys know, I've been here a few times and I can't believe I skipped out on these ribs. They're cooked so perfectly, like literally fall off the bones. Like, ooh, tender. I don't know how to describe it. It was like effortless chewing, like super moist, super tender, and the flavor was just not so overpowering. And you could just taste the flavor of the ribs. I really recommend trying it. It is so good. So they brought out the guy that makes the Brazilian cheese breads, and I'm here like, let me give you guys a little cheese pull, but failed. They are still one of my favorite things to eat there. And of course, my friends, you definitely need to have some dessert after such a great meal. And what a better way than getting a visual option so that way you can say, please give me one of each.
