Bookcher's House Brasserie is a popular French-inspired steakhouse and bistro located in Costa Mesa, California. Known for its dry-aged meats, rustic dishes like sausage and duck confit with warm Parisian-style ambiance, all centered around the craft of Bookcherie and inspired by France. It offers lunch, dinner, and brunch with a focus on high-quality ingredients, wood-fired cooking, and a cozy, unpretentious feel, blending traditional French flavors with a modern steakhouse concept. We got the burrata, which was very delicious and came with the baguette that was toasted. And that is the steak and beef cheek, which was very, very tender.
