Melbourne. I've seen the light and it's done medium rare. Finally making it to 3 Heaven Steaks in Clayton, I've been meaning to go here forever and I honestly can't believe it took me this long. This little old school Italian spot has been doing the same thing since 2002 and thank God they never changed it. Just real Italian steak sandwiches done. No gimmicks, no fluff, just a layered masterpiece where the prosciutto and and chili oil are non-negotiable. It's huge, but somehow not heavy with pure Italian flavor in everything.
