ranking every egg tart we had in hong kong our first stop was at tai chong bakery where we tried egg tarts that were pretty standard and also ones with the matcha next up was hashtag b they had a variety of pastries but what we came for was the napoleon tart it was one of the more unique egg tarts and on the sweeter side but we ranked it a 9 out of 10. then we headed over to kaleem bakery to try more traditional style egg tarts and they were delicious last up was bakehouse we waited about 20 minutes to pre-order and then came back in four hours to pick it up all i can say is the wait was worth it.
