vanilla custard. On the rear one is the caramel sauce underneath with the vanilla cookie quill. Baked Alaska. Underneath there is a lemon chiffon cake topped with a strawberry gelato, toasted meringue topping, cookie crumbs, and a strawberry sauce. Baked Alaska. A nice warm, gooey, molten lava chocolate cake on the inside. That chocolate sauce runs into a vanilla bean gelato on an Oreo cookie crust with chocolate shavings. But if you've never had Amma, Rena, cherries, there's some the cherries are worth the dessert alone.
