This 10-course meal is one of the best dining experiences in London. Michelin-starred muse by Tom Aikens is set in a converted muse house in Belgravia. We started our experience at the counter downstairs, where they prepare all the cold dishes. The snacks are inspired by the seasons and the chef's memory of being in the garden with his mother and picking anything that was edible. We obviously went for the wine period because it's a must in this type of restaurant. The full of beans dish was one of our favorites with six different beans used, while the bread and butter were three different types of butter was to die for the lobster was very tasty and delicate and served with tomatoes and gooseberries and it's the last dish we tried before moving to the counter upstairs where they prepare all the hot dishes we were asked to choose our knife to use for our mains which were again prepared in front of our eyes the turbot is dressed with pickled and preserved vegetables to minimize waste and finished with last year's crab apple juice used for a buttery sauce the dessert is called wait and see which reminded us of what our mothers would say when we asked them as kids what the dessert be. We finished this memorable dinner with the most delicious treats, already planning on coming back soon.
