@hungere-for-diy's Review of Amazing Katsu - Santa Clara, CA

Have you been to Amazing Katsu in Sunnyvale yet? This is their newest location, which is at the Sunnyvale Food Hub. I recently stopped by and it was all so good. I couldn't resist trying their signature combo. This is the way to go if you want a little bit of everything. You get pork loin, tenderloin, and even shrimp katsu. And that rich savory sauce that just ties everything all together. Their pork tenderloin katsu, wow, it was everything you want in katsu. The breading was perfectly crispy, but the pork inside was so tender and juicy. I'm talking melt in your mouth goodness. We also ordered the cheese katsu and I'm telling you this one is a game changer. Imagine crispy breading with melted cheese oozing out when you take that first bite. It's like comfort food on a whole new level. We even got to enjoy their chicken katsu. It's a classic done right. Crunchy on the outside and super flavorful. Keep in mind that this location is a ghost kitchen so they don't have any seating. You can place an order on the kiosk when you arrive or order ahead of time and grab your food from walkers. We ended up driving to downtown Sunnyvale which is only three minutes away and ate at the plaza. If you're craving some seriously delicious katsu this is the spot you want to hit.
