okay now you get a better view of some of the olive oil trees and of course they are laced all throughout the 500 and something acres definitely more sun exposure up there and I think that's definitely part of the planning process is having some sun exposure they have quite a few reservoirs for irrigation and incorporated in the landscape up here so yeah the processing plant is below me when you first enter the gate you see the processing plant as well as the open to the public tasting room lots of different things they carry all kinds of different products from you know tapenades to sauces to a wide array of different olive oils so there really is a good selection of different things here they even produce their own wines which is really nice so we're coming up to the main building where we're going to be at and you can see one of the residents here it's the McEvoy family I believe. And it dates pretty far back like 100 years. I think the grandmother founded the property.
