Today I'm going to tell you about my favorite restaurant in the Tampa Bay area. This is Kory's Steakhouse in Sarasota and it has the most amazing Korean barbecue. To start off we ordered some green onion salad, cheese corn, and egg souffle which were all delicious and then we started grilling the meat. I also ordered this miso salmon which is so so good. I get it every single time. We ordered the marinated carby and bulgogi and of course you have to make a saam. For those of you that don't know what a saam is, you basically take a lettuce wrap, add in some rice, some of the meat, some of the side dishes, and then you dip it in samjong. They also have the sesame oil and salt dip that is so good you could literally drink it. And this was the aftermath. Once we finished eating, we ate every single thing and it was so delicious. We of course had to save room for dessert, so we finished off with this honeydew ice cream. So now you can see why Kory is my favorite restaurant and you'll have to try it next time you're in Sarasota.
