Alright, so boom, real quick. I wanted to try this spot called Dim Boys Barbecue. My little brother said they was valid. They posted up in a food truck in Dill for a beach. I'm assuming outside their mama house. I seen some chickens clucking, so that's how I knew the food was going to be good. Place your order at the window. They're going to get you a little beeper. It's going to ring when it's done. Walk on over. Pick up your food. I wanted to see what they was talking about, so I got two plates and a Paradise Punch with the bendy straw. I can't lie to you. Paradise Punch, way too sweet. Make sure you water it down. For the food, like I said, I got two plates. First plate being the wings plate with their Dim Boys Barbecue Wings and Diddy Jones. and some mac and cheese the wings are pretty tasty they were definitely fried hard and i could tell that they banned of young in a piece because it was seasoned through and through down to the bone i appreciate that now this mac and cheese though definitely something serious come through with the golden blanket i don't know how many cheeses they use but they use a good amount the ratio is perfect if there's one thing that i'm definitely going to go back for to try and i would recommend is their mac and cheese side matter of fact they should put that on a whole plate they do have some pretty good duty ginger i won't lie but in my opinion plenty. and the next we have the rib plate with two sides i got some collard greens and some haitian mac with this one these collard greens were fire and they don't skimp i really appreciate how saucy and spicy these collard greens were they gave me so much i would definitely go back for these specifically the ribs were really good too they give you three of them and they coat them in a little bit of sauce i like how the ribs still have the bark on them haitian mac and cheese i don't recommend too much let connexion y'all should check the spot out though asap i can follow for more.
