These are the best birria tacos in Fresno and let me tell you why. Anthony's tacos only has four main things on the menu for good reason. They do every single item so well. Their quesadilla taco is the most popular and I can totally see why. But don't sleep on other dishes like their birria ramen. This was my first time trying it and the meat was so juicy because of the consomme. If you want something hefty, go for the burrito. But I swear the quesadillas are the most photogenic of them all.
