Have you been to this hot new sushi restaurant? Haydo's sushi looks pretty casual from the outside, so I was pleasantly surprised by their presentation. Like, look at this omakase. It's stunning. The fish was also so buttery and fresh, I was blown away, and this toro garlic toast? Like, excuse me, there's caviar and gold flakes on it. They really go all out here, and the miso eggplants were also a hit, and I love hot stone rice, especially when the rice gets really crunchy on the bottom. Check them out next time you're in K-Town.
