The LA salad competition continues with the spinning salad from Lowry's, the prime rib in Beverly Hills on Restaurant Row. Now this salad is a very classic salad. They spin it live at the table and they add dressing and then they serve it to each person there. For composition, there really isn't a ton going on. There's a few different types of greens. There's some beets, which I really didn't get until the end. However, they do have some amazing croutons sprinkled throughout. The dressing was amazing. It was sweet. It was tangy. And it was just a beautiful accompaniment to the salad. As far as whimsy goes, I don't think you can get much more whimsical than this. They spin it at the table. They're spinning it. They're making it. It's whimsical. And for overall experience, I really enjoyed it. The salad is good. The ambiance and presentation were amazing. And those croutons are no joke. What other LA salads do I need to try?
