China Mama is back. The Chinese restaurant, which has been closed on the South Jones Boulevard because of fire. It opened up its new location on the Spring Mountain in Shanghai Plaza now. Just like the own location, it's really busy. You have to get there early. Stay up to the Yelp waitlist. Space is limited, so make sure you get there early before the wait. They should have the same menu, which is a new addition. Everything is yummy. Got there 11 o'clock when they open for lunch. Seating villa by 11:30. Easy to get a seat. Great food. Unlike other places, they do not charge for hot tea. Love the hot tea with Chinese food. Chairs are like the old location. Open kitchen. Clean. Love the Ma Po Tofu. Made with Sichuan pepper corn. Favorite appetizer is cold spicy Sichuan sliced beef. Sauce goes well with rice. Ordered fresh stir-fried veggies and hot boiled beef. Very tender and tasty. Don't let the pepper scare you. Crispy chicken is crispy outside and tender inside. Ordered too much food. Ended with combination stir-fried noodle.
