Hey Chicagoans, this ramen spot in the heart of the West Loop is definitely calling your name because they specialize in a creamy beef bone broth and are one of the only shops in the country to make it. It is so delicious that at the end of the night, well, we sipped away at the broth because it was too delicious to let it go. We ordered the domestic Wagyu starter, premium signature kiatsu, and well, none of them disappointed. This place... This seems simple but is very packed with flavors. We'll be back to try out the rest of the menu. Save this and take someone on these cold Chicago nights here and enjoy.
