The omakase experience has made its way to Suffolk County, Long Island. Sora omakase just opened up in Stony Brook and is offering an 18 course menu. Omakase is a truly intimate experience where the chef is hand selecting each course for you. I had never seen real wasabi being made before and it's truly something special to watch them make each course. Throughout the tasting you get to try so many different pieces of fish and each one has its own flavor. The quality of the fish was impressive and if you come for the 18 course, come hungry because it is definitely a lot of food you can book this tasting for $165 a person
