Have you had a chance to swing by Borori Craft yet? If not, now is the time. The building has been beautifully restored with fascinating historical pieces still incorporated into its design. You'll be amazed at the variety of unique meats that they have to offer. My favorite is the blueberry goat cheese worst and the wagyu bologna. Their chorizo is also highly recommended. They recently expanded their location to include a cozy sit-down area where you can enjoy a delightful assortment of lunch items. You can also order online to go.
