Have you been to Happy Lamb Hot Pot in Dublin yet? This is an all-you-can-eat hot pot place so make sure you come hungry. You pick your broth and you can get two different types of broths if you want and then you also get to pick your meats. For the meat you can choose from the top portion or you can do the bottom option where you get to choose from the top and the bottom of the menu. They'll allow you to order as much meat as you want but they'll limit you to three orders until you finish everything. You order the meat with your server but everything else is self-serve. You basically go to the buffet area and grab all your veggies, various sauces, and they do charge you $1 for unlimited sauce. They also have quail eggs, tofu, seafood, more vegetables, and noodles. We ended up getting the original marrow broth and the curry broth. Remember that this is all you can eat so you really need to make sure you pace yourself. I really like the marrow broth here. It was really good and had a deep rich flavor. At the end of your meal if you have any space left in your stomach they also have ice cream.
