@hungere-for-diy's Review of Mao Izakaya & Sushi - Dublin, California

Have you been back to Mount Itsakaya and Sushi in Dublin yet? They've expanded their menu since the last time I came here, so I wanted to go back to try more of their things. We started with the Hamachi Carpaccio. This was so fresh and absolutely delicious. I would definitely get this again. We also got one of their new items, the Seiro Mushi. We got the Combo B, which came with meat, vegetables, and seafood. I've never had this before, so I didn't really know what to expect. They actually had some information on their window to explain but i actually saw it while i was leaving they rolled out this cart and it ended up being this box kind of thing which sat on this portable stove it was about 15 minutes before we could open this so it was quite a mystery as to what was inside it came with three different sauces we started with the seafood box look how beautiful this is this came with mussel lobster clams and more my favorite was this it came on little scallop as a plate with a bit of noodles it was really delicious they transferred the seafood box to the table and put our meats and vegetable box on the stove this also took about 15 minutes to steam and cook i love that this is cooked at the table so that everything that you get is fresh and piping hot the meat here was so good and definitely high quality and the vegetables were equally as good even though i was full i couldn't stop eating the flavors here were amazing and everything was so delicious.
