Today, we're trying Satoshi Sushi in Fountain Valley, California. We got two rolls. Their WTF roll that has seared salmon with yuzu, ponzu, eel, and chili on top. This was crazy. So many flavors in one roll. The yuzu was definitely the prominent flavor for us. We also got the Fountain Valley roll with seared sliced beef, ponzu, and eel sauce. This one had soy paper, but still tasted good. 7.5 out of 10 for both of these. We also got their poke salad with an assortment of fish. We enjoyed the fish a lot and the variety they gave. The dressing that came on the side was average. a great choice for a low carb day for sure. And then we finished up with an unagi hand roll. You know we love our unagi. This was great. The eel was cooked so well, no little bones, solid finisher. Was this our favorite sushi spot in Orange County? No, but it's a solid choice if we're in the area.
