Last weekend, the Congressional Cemetery hosted the Gentleman's Gambit, a Prohibition-era mystery, complete with speakeasies and custom cocktails from Republic Distillery. We hung out to listen to the live music and wandered through the cemetery to meet the spirits of the Prohibition era, learn their stories, and get a secret clue to find the infamous James LaFontaine and his gamblers. institution located in the Maryland Athletic Club. This was such a fun and cool way to learn a bit about the area's history and the people buried here.
